Gary Evans (Factoryville Borough)
Bill Edwards  (Factoryville Borough)
Martin Reynolds  (Clinton Township)

Monthly sewer authority meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month in the Factoryville Borough Hall, 161 College Avenue, Factoryville PA.

The Authority was established in 2005 when Factoryville Borough’s sewage treatment plant was in the planning stages.  That upgrade included becoming DEP mandated Chesapeake Bay compliant as well as adding several areas of Clinton Township with malfunctioning on-lot systems and Keystone College.
