The Dumpster Ordinance was adopted December 8, 2021 to regulate use of dumpsters or storage receptacles in public right-of-ways and roads.

If you need to utilize a dumpster or POD type storage container to be placed in a public right-of-way, you are required to complete the permit application and submit the $15 fee.
