Factoryville Borough is serviced by the Tunkhannock Community Ambulance Association located at 195 Bridge Street in Tunkhannock.
Each Spring, the Tunkhannock Community Ambulance Association runs a membership drive. This allows individuals, families, or businesses to receive discounted transport according to the terms of the membership. The membership mutually benefits the Tunkhannock Ambulance as well. The success of the membership drive allows the ambulance company to add additional personnel as needed and/or purchase and maintain resources and equipment for faster response.
The Tunkhannock Community Ambulance Association provides the following services:
-Emergency Medical Care and Transportation (BLS and IALS Certified)
-Vehicle/Rope rescue
-Water (Dive/Swiftwater/Ice) Rescues
-Emergency Hospital Transfers
-Non-emergency ambulance transport for members when medically necessary
